Modern Slavery Statement
1. Introduction and Commitment
Stone Alliance is committed to operating ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Stone Alliance is an Australian-based specialist in the construction and architectural sector, focused on the supply and coordination of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) solutions. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking within our own business and our supply chain. We recognise our responsibility to contribute to the global effort to eliminate these practices and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or in any of our supply chains.
2. Our Business Structure, Operations, and Supply Chain
Stone Alliance is a specialist provider of Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) solutions, providing end- to-end design, manufacturing coordination, and installation services for the Australian construction sector. Our operations are primarily based in Australia, where we manage complex architectural projects. Our supply chain is diverse, involving:
Tier 1 Suppliers: Direct providers of GRC materials, architectural finishes, and installation equipment.
Material Sourcing: Significant procurement of raw materials, including cement, specialized glass fibres, and structural steel reinforcement components.
Subcontracting Services: Logistic partners, site installation teams, and professional consultancy services.
3. Risk Assessment and Management
We have identified potential risks within our supply chains, particularly in:
Manufacturing: Forced labour risks in overseas production facilities for construction textiles and glass fibres.
Indirect Labour: Potential exploitative practices within lower-tier sub-contracting networks in the local construction industry.

To address these risks, Stone Alliance has implemented:
Supplier Screening: Aligning with GECA Criterion 29 to audit the provenance of some core materials.
Remediation Processes: We maintain a "Whistleblower" approach where any identified labour exploitation can be reported directly to management. If a violation is found, we commit to working with the supplier to rectify the issue or, if necessary, terminating the relationship.
5. Assessing Effectiveness
Stone Alliance assesses the effectiveness of our actions by:
Audit Reviews: Monitoring results from third-party assessments (such as the GECA Non- conformance reports).
Supplier Engagement: Tracking the percentage of suppliers who have signed our Ethical Code of Conduct.
Internal Reviews: Annual management meetings to review the performance of our risk mitigation strategies.
6. Process of Consultation
Stone Alliance maintains a centralised management structure. We ensure consistent consultation across all project-specific teams and any controlled operational units through:
Regular briefings with Project Managers and Design Coordinators.
Standardising compliance requirements across all business units to ensure a unified approach
to modern slavery risks.
7. Board Approval
This Modern Slavery Statement has been reviewed and approved by the management of Stone Alliance for the financial year 2025-2026.
